Adam Fath





Adam completed his Master's degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and has focused his efforts on helping individuals with a variety of concerns. Some of these issues include friendships issues, intimate partner issues, work-related stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, issues surrounding guilt and shame, and more.

Therapeutic Style

Adam’s goal is to help clients liberate themselves and aid in the development of self-understanding via the use of empathetic listening, positive regard, and the creation of a safe space.

Adam creates a safe space for clients to process their feelings without judgement and provides nurturing support and counseling to help clients effectively address personal life challenges; he also focuses on assisting clients in dealing with trauma.

Adam is committed to assisting each individual build on their existing strengths to live their best possible life.
